Article 1. Service Overview
SWTQ (the "Service") is a service that mechanically retrieves and parses, in XBRL format, earnings releases disclosed on TDnet, the Tokyo Stock Exchange's timely disclosure system. It calculates the year-over-year growth rate of revenue, operating profit, ordinary profit (or profit before tax), and net income, classifies the results according to its own classification criteria (Q / T / W / S), and delivers the organized information by email, HTML, and CSV.
The operator of the Service (the "Operator") provides the Service subject to the conditions set forth in these Terms. By registering for or beginning to use the Service, a user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2. Registration
